Three different men discovered cytoplasm and they were:Albert Claude Christian de Duve and George E. Palade

Cytoplasm Is A Substance Found In Plant And Animal Cells And Causes Chemical Reactions That Keep The Cell Functioning Properly. It also keeps the organelles in place. (hope this helps)
